FlipkartDeals.in is an e-commerce platform. By accessing our website, you confirm you are 18+ years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Product images are representative; actual product may vary slightly
- Stock availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders pan-India
- Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days based on location
- Tracking details sent via email/SMS after dispatch
- Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or logistics issues are excluded from guarantees
5. Returns & Refunds
7-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Refunds processed in 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
6. Warranty
All products carry manufacturer warranty as specified. Warranty claims are to be raised with the respective brand service centers. We provide assistance in coordinating warranty service where possible.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
